Linda and I decided last week when we were grocery shopping that we wanted to go another round following the Whole 30 guidelines. After polishing off all the cheese, Ritz Crackers and Ben & Jerry’s in the house, we started yesterday.
I wanted to do it as a way to help me power through quitting caffeine and candy (not easy to do when your job has you in charge of a concession stand) and ever I’ve found my shorts are getting a wee bit tight. Since I have to make things interesting, I’m pinning all the Whole 30 approved recipes I find on my Cave Girl board. Although I will often resort to carrying giant salads to work in my tupperware, it’s nice to have some options.
