I am so happy with the fact my life is back to a normal schedule. Yes, spring break and 3 days off of one job was fantastic, but now things are back to normal(ish). And seriously, what’s the point of that many days off if you’re not going to get on a plane and go somewhere warm and fabulous?
I’m also back to day one of eating healthy and workouts. In order to get back on track, and clean up for spring, I’m attempting this 1-Week Food and Drink Cleanse. Day one has gone swell, but there’s still six more to go. I can totally power through a week though, right?
